What is Lean Muscle Project?

Lean Muscle Project is an online personal training company and fitness website.

Our proven, no-nonsense approach to working out and nutrition has helped 100s of people all over the world rapidly transform soft, flabby bodies into rock hard, muscular physiques.

Is my trainer a real person?

Yes, your trainer is absolutely real, and you’ll get to know them very well. They’ll work with you closely to build a body you’re happy with and help you overcome any challenges along the way.

In addition, all of our personal trainers are properly certified, with an average of 11 years experience, so you’ll be in very good hands.

Do I need to be a member of a gym?

No, you don’t need to be a member of a gym. When we create your customized workout plan, we’ll design it around where you’ll be working out and the specific equipment you have access to.

If you want to work out at a regular gym, we’ll design it that way. If you’d rather work out at home, we’ll put together a workout that can be done there instead.

Is this suitable for beginners?

Our online personal training program is suitable for all levels of experience – from complete beginners all the way up to more advanced lifters.

After signing up and filling out your initial questionnaire, your trainer will use that information to put together a workout plan that is appropriate for you.

If you’re a beginner, we’re going to help you get started with a bang and see fast results. And if you’re an advanced lifter, we’ll help you get to the next level.

Am I too old for this program?

We work with clients of all ages, and have helped people well into their 60s – who have never worked out before – get into great shape.

You are never too old to be the best version of yourself, and your trainer will work with you to make sure that this becomes a reality.

Do you work with women?

Yes, we work with both men and women, and have many female clients.

Do I need to live in the United States?

No, you certainly don’t – we work with people from all over the world.

One of the great things about online personal training is that you can work with us no matter where you are located, and entirely on your time schedule.

How customized is this training program?

Each of our training programs are entirely customized for each of our clients. We are not in the business of offering cookie-cutter, one-size-fits-all workouts or diets.

After you sign up, you’ll fill out a detailed consultation form about your fitness goals, level of experience, workout and diet preferences, physical limitations, and more. Your trainer will then use all of this information to put together a workout and nutrition plan that’s perfectly tailored for you.

How do I learn how to do each exercise?

To make sure you’re doing all of the exercises in your workouts correctly, we’ll give you step-by-step instructions and demonstration videos for every exercise in your plan.

You can view these instructions and videos any time directly in our mobile training app, or by logging in using your computer.

I have an injury. Is this still for me?

While being injured can certainly impact how you work out, we will do our best to design a program around your injury.

However, without knowing the exact nature of your injury, it would be impossible to say for sure. If you’re in doubt, we recommend starting a free trial below, and one of our trainers will help determine whether the program is a good fit for you.

How can I eat my favorite foods and lose fat?

Restrictive diets generally fail. No one wants to eat foods they hate everyday, while never getting to enjoy the foods they love.

That is why your nutrition plan will work in some of your favorite foods, without negatively impacting your results. Yes, it is possible to enjoy your favorite foods and still be in great shape. Let us show you how.

How will I communicate with my trainer?

You’ll be able to message your trainer at any time directly through our mobile training app, or using email if you prefer.

How quickly will my trainer get back to me?

When you message your trainer, they will always try to get back to you as soon as possible. Sometimes within just a couple hours.

However, you shouldn’t have to wait more than 24 hours for a response to a question, excluding weekends and holidays.

How often will my trainer check in with me?

Having frequent contact with your trainer is important to keep things accountable, and to ensure that you’re making consistent progress each week.

Your trainer will regularly check in with you once per week, where they’ll do a detailed review of how everything went with your workouts and diet, give you specific recommendations for the week ahead, and make modifications to your plans where appropriate.

How will my trainer monitor my workouts?

You’ll be logging each of your workouts in our mobile training app, or using your desktop computer if you prefer.

This will let both you and your trainer see exactly what you did for each workout – and how you’re improving week by week.

How will my trainer correct my exercise form?

Having good form when working out is extremely important – both for injury prevention and for making good progress.

To make sure your form is perfect, you’ll periodically record videos of yourself doing all of your main exercises. You’ll then just send these along to your trainer to review your form and offer their feedback on what you should improve.

How will my trainer measure my progress?

You and your trainer will measure your progress in a variety of different ways, including changes in:

– Your strength levels
– Your weight
– Your body fat percentage
– Your body measurements (waist, arms, etc)

In addition, you’ll be taking regular progress photos, kept private between you and your trainer, so you’ll be able to clearly see all of the visual improvements you’re making!

How long before I see results?

That depends on your specific goals – but we’re fully committed to helping you reach those goals in the least amount of time.

You’ll be happy to know that most of our members who follow our plans see consistent results month after month, and you should too!
